Evidence-Based ABA Therapy
Specialized Services for Teens Who Are Ready to Grow
Individualized ABA therapy programs designed specifically for adolescents ages 11–17 — grounded in science, guided by faith, and built around your teen.
The Gap We Were Built to Fill
Most ABA therapy programs are designed for young children. When families of teenagers search for support, they often find doors closed — providers who stop at age 10, programs that don't understand the unique social, emotional, and developmental needs of adolescents.
Hope Beyond Limits was founded specifically to serve teens ages 11–17. We believe that adolescence is not too late — in fact, it can be a pivotal window for growth, independence, and lasting change.
Our clinicians are trained in the nuances of teen development. Our programs are age-appropriate, dignity-centered, and designed to meet your teenager where they are — not where a textbook says they should be.
How we work
Our Approach to Teen ABA
We combine the rigor of evidence-based practice with the warmth of a faith-centered community — creating a space where teens feel safe, seen, and supported.
Comprehensive ABA Therapy
The foundation of everything we do
Our core ABA programs are fully individualized, built on a thorough assessment of your teen's strengths, challenges, and goals. Sessions are delivered in a warm, structured environment by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Individualized treatment plans reviewed monthly
- BCBA-supervised sessions with consistent RBT pairing
- Data-driven progress tracking shared with families
- Insurance-accepted; we handle prior authorizations
Social Skills Development
Building real-world connection
Adolescence is defined by social relationships. Our social skills groups and individual sessions help teens navigate friendships, peer pressure, conflict resolution, and self-advocacy — skills that matter far beyond the clinic walls.
- Small-group social skills sessions (3–5 teens)
- Role-play and real-world scenario practice
- Peer interaction coaching and feedback
- Self-advocacy and communication skill building
Life Skills & Independence Training
Preparing for adulthood, one skill at a time
From managing a daily routine to navigating a grocery store, our life skills curriculum equips teens with the practical independence they need to thrive at home, at school, and in the community.
- Daily living skills: hygiene, meal prep, organization
- Community safety and navigation skills
- Vocational readiness and job-task training
- Transition planning for post-secondary life
Family Training & Support
Because healing happens at home too
Parents and caregivers are essential partners in every teen's progress. We provide structured family training sessions, caregiver coaching, and ongoing consultation so that the strategies that work in the clinic carry over into daily life.
- Monthly family training sessions with your BCBA
- Home strategy guides and visual supports
- School collaboration and IEP consultation
- Crisis support and behavior management coaching
How we work
Our Approach to Teen ABA
We combine the rigor of evidence-based practice with the warmth of a faith-centered community — creating a space where teens feel safe, seen, and supported.
Teen-Centered Assessment
Every program begins with a thorough, age-appropriate assessment that captures your teen's unique profile — strengths, interests, learning style, and areas for growth.
Dignity & Autonomy First
We use assent-based practices that respect your teenager's voice. Teens who feel respected engage more deeply and make faster, more lasting progress.
Family as Partners
We don't work in isolation. Caregivers are trained, informed, and involved at every stage — because the most powerful therapy happens in everyday moments at home.
Faith-Informed Care
Our faith values shape how we see every teen — as a person of inherent worth and potential. This perspective infuses our culture, our compassion, and our commitment.
